Join Dronley Community Woodland for an open day and guided walk exploring one of the region's most inspiring ecological woodland transformation projects.

Dronley Wood is undergoing a long-term transition to a more diverse and resilient woodland, helping it adapt to the challenges of a changing climate while supporting biodiversity and wildlife. During this guided walk, participants will explore different areas of the woodland and learn about the importance of ecological woodland management, native species diversity and creating resilient mixed woodlands for future generations.

This is an opportunity to see nature-based solutions in action and gain an insight into the practical work involved in transforming and managing woodlands for climate resilience.
